What is a supplier behavioural assessment?
It is part of a tendering process, where suppliers will work with your organisation for a number of years on a major programme. It focuses on understanding how the leadership and delivery team will work with you to make an informed decision about their effectiveness in conjunction with the Technical and Commercial elements of the tender.
How does the supplier behavioural assessment work?
We will work with you to identify the behaviours you need from your suppliers, as well as the types of situations and challenges they will face, to develop the behavioural assessment. We will then run an assessment in conjunction with yourselves to assess the suppliers’ behaviours and help you make an informed decision.
