Executive Coaching and Development

Unlocking potential at every level to enhance individual effectiveness

Our Coaches are Chartered Psychologists, which means we have met the requirements of the British Psychological Society (BPS) to hold the titles of Occupational Psychologist and Coaching Psychologist. We work to high ethical and professional standards set out by the BPS, putting our duty of care towards our coaching clients front and centre.

As Chartered Coaching Psychologists, we have a broad and critical scientific understanding of evidence-based coaching approaches that really work. As Occupational Psychologists, we also understand the work system, including the pressures, demands, pace, ambiguity and complexity of organisational life. We can draw on psychometric tools and 360-degree feedback to cut to more powerful and deeper-level coaching conversations.

We also work with our clients to produce actionable development plans to ensure coaching results are sustained over time.

We work with people at all levels, supporting ongoing development and helping people who are stuck, perhaps because they are on repeat.

We support individuals to adapt and evolve through increased self-awareness, emotional intelligence, cognitive flexibility and resilience.

What We Provide

Performance is not just shaped by skills alone, but by leaders’ emotional behaviour under stress, complexity and rapid change. What our coaching and development programmes provide:

Self awareness

Uncover blind spots and develop insight into psychological drivers that impact behaviour, theirs and others.

Build resilience

Build emotional clarity and resilience when pressure rises.

Build mega-cognition

Improving the ability to think about our thinking helps prevent people from falling into the same traps that hold them back.

Understand derailers

Help people recognise and manage their default reactions under stress.

Improve flexibility

Adapt their behaviour across different people, contexts, teams and cultures.

Realise potential

Understanding strengths, risks, motivations and values helps people define a clear roadmap to get to where they want to be.

FAQS

Q: How is the coaching set up?

A: We can conduct an initial in-depth Development Assessment interview to highlight the key focus areas. This would usually be shared with the line manager so they can support the individual’s on-going development. Coaching sessions are typically one-to-one and confidential, although an initial three-way with the line manager can be helpful to agree key goals.

Q: How many coaching sessions would be needed?

A: This entirely depends on your needs and preferences. Typically six coaching hours is enough to see a shift.

Q: How can I be sure of a return on the investment?

A. Many people find it a worthwhile investment in their personal and professional development. Some packages can be designed to show measurable change over time

Testimonials

Sam’s leadership coaching was really transformative. She gave me invaluable support in helping me make the transition to a senior leadership role. I had always been very good at my job but found it hard to adjust to the complex challenges that came with leading a team of people and I lost my way a bit and struggled with my confidence. I am totally back on track with a clear sense of where I am heading and what I need to do to get there.
