Mark and Sam are both psychologists who have built a business that spans sectors, industries and geographies. As business psychologists, we leverage our insights to help individuals, teams and workplaces, helping businesses address the barriers that hinder effective people performance.
Samantha Ward C.Psychol AFBPsS
Samantha is a Chartered Occupational and Coaching Psychologist who specialises in executive assessment, development and coaching. She has worked with clients internationally across sectors, whether on an individual basis or as part of wider-scale recruitment and development programmes. Experienced in the design and delivery of executive profiling and assessment and development programmes, as an accredited psychometric test user, she brings her psychological expertise to support businesses in making the best people decisions. Her special area of interest lies in Executive Coaching. With a background in counselling and psychotherapy, she supports professionals from all walks of life to move forward and embrace new challenges with confidence, flexibility, resilience and balance.
Mark Hopkins MSc AFBPsS
Mark Hopkins has significant experience working internationally across sectors both as an internal and external Business Psychologist with responsibility for consulting, diagnosing, designing, delivering and implementing large-scale organisation-wide solutions. His special area of interest is in conducting Supplier Behavioural Assessments, helping organisations select the right strategic suppliers on multi £bn programmes. He also supports client-supplier teams to collaborate and deliver effectively post-contract award. Through his work, he assists suppliers in enhancing client relationships and retaining clients on large-scale infrastructure programmes, conducting independent client reviews to provide in-depth insight into how they can continue to drive business value.
